TERMS OF AGREEMENT

I understand that the BoomerAge Club is not a matchmaking service. I understand that in joining the BoomerAge Club, any and all relationships I choose to form will be my choice; and that I am solely responsible for any consequences of said relationships. I also understand that, the BoomerAge Club and/or any of its employees will not be held responsible for any repercussions from any relationships/partnerships formed with others I have met through the BoomerAge Club.

I understand that I have complete control and choice over with whom, where and when I interact with the BoomerAge Club; and that, at no time, am I obligated to attend any gatherings or form any relationships with anyone I meet through the BoomerAge Club. I alone may choose what activities I attend and/or relationships I may form, as a member of the BoomerAge Club.

I understand that I am joining of my own free will, and as such may attend as many or as few gatherings as I please. I understand that if I have prepaid any venue for any event and am subsequently unable to attend, it is solely my responsibility to obtain any refund due from the owner/manager/venue without repercussions for the BoomerAge Club, or its employees.

I understand that if, at any time, any employee of the BoomerAge Club is acting in a way that I consider to be inappropriate, it is my responsibility to report this behavior, in writing, to either the employee's immediate supervisor, and/or the central office of the BoomerAge Club, so that the inappropriate behavior can be investigated, reprimanded and/or disciplined, including the possibility of dismissal for said actions. I understand that, if I fail to notify the BoomerAge Club, in writing, about such inappropriate behavior, I forfeit the ability to prosecute the BoomerAge Club for the actions of said employee.

I understand that, if I choose to join the BoomerAge Club on a quarterly basis, and am unable, for any reason, to attend any BoomerAge Club sponsored events during that quarter, I am not entitled to a refund of my quarterly dues. I understand that, in the event of severe illness or accident, I may request that my quarterly dues be held in suspension, and applied to the next quarter in which I am able to attend the BoomerAge Club's events.

I understand that if, at any time, I am having a problem or disagreement with anyone, anyplace, or anything associated with the BoomerAge Club, that it is my responsibility, as well as in my best interests, to bring that situation to the attention of my local BoomerAge Coordinator. If such notification does not produce satisfactory results, I must then report my dissatisfaction, in writing, to the Regional Coordinator and/or to the head of the BoomerAge Club, so that the situation may be resolved. If I fail to take the appropriate action (a written statement) to resolve my dispute, I then cannot and will not hold the BoomerAge Club, and/or its employees responsible for my dissatisfaction and/or any consequences thereof.
